Sarona Design, Inc. is not responsible for any typo, photography and price error. Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below. You must be 18 years or older in order to use this website and/or purchase products from Sarona Design, Inc. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from use of this site.

"User", "Customer", "You" and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing this website, and accepting Sarona Design Inc.’s Terms and Conditions of Use. "Company", "owner", "we" and "us", refer to Sarona Design, Inc. "Party", "Parties" or "Us", refer to both the Customer and the Company, or either the User or Company. "Agreement" refers to this Terms & Conditions of Use Agreement. "Site" or "Website" refers to http://www.sarona.com . All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our offer to the Customer in respect to the Company's stated products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of New York. Any use of the above definitions and terminology or other words in the singular, plural and/or capitalization are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
By purchasing our products, you will have agreed to the following terms:
Payment (1)
Accepted payment methods are: -Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (Credit/Debit accepted for 48 Continental United States only.) -wire transfer or direct deposit -money order -business, personal, or certified checks -Western Union
If you are purchasing products with a credit or debit card, we must ship to the billing address of the card. There are no exceptions. This is to protect our customers from potential identity theft, and provide strict security measures against fraudulent purchases. Partial payments are acceptable, but orders must be paid in full before being picked up/shipped. If the order exceeds USD$1,800.00, it must be paid for by wire transfer. Splitting payments is also acceptable, but each payment will be processed and invoiced separately. They will be treated as different orders. If these orders contain more than one item, each item will be invoiced and processed separately as well. Please be advised that, if the chosen payment method is a check, there is a two week processing period from date of deposit to allow the check to properly clear. Orders will be shipped/available for pickup after this processing period.
Company policy mandates that we do not accept the following payment methods: -credit/debit cards billed to a P.O. Box, Alaska, or Hawaii -credit/debit cards billed to international addresses or US territories. -gift cards or prepaid cards -ecommerce payment systems (ex: Paypal)
Products (2)
Standard Made-To-Order Products (2a)
The vast majority of parts available on our website fall into this category. These products are not kept in stock. Sarona Design, Inc. manufactures these parts on a made-to-order basis, and the standard return policy and shipping policy apply. Please note that no refunds can be processed without first returning the products to Sarona Design, Inc. (see section 4 of this agreement). Sarona Design, Inc. recommends consulting the body shop that is to install and paint our products prior to purchase, and requires that the products in question be test fitted before paint (see section 2d of this agreement). Be aware that some products may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website
Custom Order Products (2b)
In certain cases, Sarona Design, Inc. may agree to fabricate a custom product for the customer. In these cases, the following terms will also apply. All custom orders require full payment of the quoted cost upfront. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the buyer after 5 business days, that deposit is forfeited immediately to Sarona Design, Inc. Sarona Design, Inc. reserves the right to extend lead time of special order products as it sees fit, and all dates given for custom orders are approximate. Prices quoted for these custom order parts are also subject to change. Buyer is not entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipments or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. If special order items are to be picked up, this must be done within 30 days of manufacture. If left over 30 days, and the buyer has not made any attempts to claim their order, then the order will be considered cancelled and all payment previously deposited is forfeit to Sarona Design, Inc.
Damaged Products (2c)
Sarona Design, Inc. packs all merchandise as carefully as possible to prevent any damage in transit. Nevertheless, damage may occur during shipping and all damage must be noted at the time of delivery. If products arrive damaged, no claim will be paid unless the package is signed for as damaged at time of delivery. This can affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund so make sure to follow these steps. Do not refuse the shipment if there is substantial damage to the packaging! Sign for the package as damaged, and note any irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken boxes) on the freight bill or receipt while the driver is there. If, upon opening the package, you discover that the products are damaged significantly, do not dispose of any cartons, packing materials, or damaged merchandise! The carrier’s claims department will require pictures of the damaged shipment. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval from Sarona Design, Inc. since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any mention of damage indemnifies the carrier as well as Sarona Design, Inc. from any damage claim. Discovery of damages after a cleared delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. Customers must notify Sarona Design, Inc. of all damaged or missing merchandise within 5 business days of delivery. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is not negotiable. It is the amount that you paid. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount, which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. Sarona Design, Inc. under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
DO NOT FILE A CLAIM YOURSELF OR YOU WILL BE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH IT. IF YOU FILE A CLAIM FOR A DAMAGED PACKAGE YOURSELF, WE CAN NOT REIMBURSE YOU OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT.
Installation & Defective Products (2d)
We do not sell direct OEM replacement parts. Our products are aftermarket, and will require professional prep work before installation. They will also require a test fit before final painting, installation, and finishing. Sarona Design, Inc. strongly recommends bringing our products to body shops experienced in the installation of aftermarket parts to ensure the best finish. During shipment, small imperfections such as chips, cracks, or scratches can be a common occurrence, but are easily repaired by a skilled shop.
*You are expected to test fit all items BEFORE paint. Sarona Design, Inc. is not liable for any paint charges from your body shop in cases of fitment issues or incorrect products.*
WARNING: PRODUCTS SHOULD NOT BE BAKED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IN AN ATTEMPT TO CURE THE FIBERGLASS. THIS PROCESS CAN DAMAGE THE MATERIAL UNDERNEATH. PRODUCTS SHOULD ALSO NOT BE OVERSANDED AS THIS CAN STRIP THE PROTECTIVE LAYERS COVERING THE BARE MATERIAL.
All hoods require professional installation. Adjustment of the latches, hooks, brackets are sometimes necessary. These are typical steps needed for body work and installation of aftermarket parts. These are NOT considered to be defective. Pictures clearly depicting the issues are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return. If needed, instructions for installation can be provided for certain products. Sarona Design, Inc. will not be liable for any labor or installation fees under any circumstance. Sarona Design, Inc. will not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation, or any other unintended use of any product. See below for information on our return policy.

Return Policy (3)
At Sarona Design, all of our products are made-to-order. We do not operate in the manner in which many importers and/or distributors operate (i.e. stocking inexpensive imported merchandise). Our margins are set as such that we bring high quality products at the best possible value to our customers. Because of this, it is imperative that you make absolutely certain that you are ordering for the correct vehicle make, model, body style and year. Sarona Design, Inc. is not responsible for a customer’s change of mind, or parts ordered in error.
We do our best to provide our customers with as much detail regarding our products as possible. However, if you have any questions about our products or policy, please ask one of our customer service representatives before you place your order. We guarantee that our products are free of defects, and offer a great fit and finish (see Terms & Conditions for exceptions regarding products that require modification).
In the event of a return, our Return Policy is as described below:
3.1 Products are not eligible for returns more than 15 days after the order has been delivered. During this period, the customer may return the product(s) for any reason for a partial refund (excluding products described as non-returnable). A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns barring incorrect, or defective products. Full refunds are given only on incorrect or defective products. Damaged products are not considered defective, and Sarona Design, Inc. is not liable for products ordered in error by the customer. Sarona Design, Inc. shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether a product is incorrect, defective, or otherwise eligible for return.
3.2 If a product is damaged in transit, please call (718) 446-2350, or email (support@sarona.com) Sarona Design, Inc. IMMEDIATELY. No claim will be paid unless signed for as “damaged” at time of delivery. If products arrive damaged, do not attempt a repair if you are planning on replacing it. Any attempted repairs will nullify return eligibility. For our procedure on returning damaged products, please read our Shipping Policy.
3.3 Before requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), pictures must be provided to evaluate the product in question. The customer may request an RMA by calling (718) 446-2350 or sending an email to support@sarona.com. An RMA confirmation will be emailed to you once eligibility has been determined. Sarona Design, Inc. will need to asses and evaluate the reason for return and, if acceptable, send you a valid RMA number. Eligible items must be prepared for return shipment within 5 days of issuing an RMA number so that a timely pickup can be scheduled. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package. All returns must be authorized and approved by Sarona Design, Inc.
3.4 Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer must return the product(s) at their own cost. Return shipping will be arranged by Sarona Design, Inc. but paid for by the customer. This is done so that, in case of a return, the customer will not have to pay a substantially larger rate to ship a product back to Sarona Design, Inc. than they originally paid to have it shipped to them. If an incorrect product has been shipped by mistake, we assume full responsibility for all shipping fees involved in returning the product to us and sending a replacement. The original amount charged for shipping & handling will not be refunded, but the customer will not be charged for shipment of the replacement. The correct product will be shipped once the incorrect one is returned.
3.5 Any product that is painted, altered, or modified during installation is non-returnable. This applies even if an incorrect product was sent to the customer. Products that are being returned must be in the same condition as they were when they were sent. Sarona Design, Inc. reserves the right to alter the refund amount if products have been damaged in transit, as well as to revoke refund eligibility completely if products are unrepairable or have been painted or modified in any way. If a product is damaged during a return, a refund will not be issued until a claim has been settled with the carrier (which can take up to 120 days). If the claim is denied due to insufficient packaging, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Your refund will only be processed upon receipt of the item(s) in question in undamaged/unaltered condition.
3.6 Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Sarona Design, Inc. will, at its sole discretion, determine whether the product in question is defective. If the return is not in the condition described by the customer, Sarona Design, Inc. reserves the right to void the return and refund. The product should be received in its original or comparable packaging, and include any hardware/accessories sent with the original shipment. Barring defective products, custom order items are not eligible for returns.
3.7 All returns are either exchanged for a replacement, store credit, or refund, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. Sarona Design, Inc. shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any attempt at an exchange, refund, or credit in the event that the returned product is not as described by the customer.
Refunds (4)
Once we receive your returned item(s), you will be issued credit towards the same payment method as you had originally used for purchase (credit card, check, money order, wire transfer, etc.). The refund issued will equal the original amount minus a 25% restocking fee, and excluding shipping & handling charges. If Sarona Design, Inc. has sent an incorrect or defective product, the customer will receive a full refund. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return and issuance of your credit 2-3 business days after the products have been returned. Please allow a period of 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Cancellations (5)
You have until close of business (6PM EST M-F, 5PM EST Sat) on the date of purchase to cancel an order without penalty. Otherwise, cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee. Orders are not eligible for cancellation if the order has been placed more than 2 business days ago, or if the product has already shipped (whichever comes first). Products cancelled after this point will be treated as returns (see section 3 of this agreement for our return policy). If the package is refused upon delivery due to unauthorized cancellation, the customer will not be refunded. In such a circumstance, Sarona Design, Inc. reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs associated with returning the shipment to us.
Shipping Policy (6)
All orders will be shipped via the most economical method available. Sarona Design, Inc. has the right to schedule shipment with whichever carrier that it deems best. FedEx, UPS, and XPO Logistics are the preferred carriers for shipping most products, but certain locations and products may require the use of other carriers (USPS, YRC, NEMF, etc). Estimated ship dates are subject to change for all products. By purchasing, you understand that delays in production and shipment due to unforeseen problems may occur, and that Sarona Design, Inc. is not liable for any costs incurred by such delays (including but not limited to rental car costs, body shop storage fees, etc). Larger products such as bumpers, hoods, and body kits will be shipped through freight carriers, and charges for shipping and handling of these products can be high. We have no control over this, but please keep in mind that these products are not small and often cost over $200 to ship domestically within the 48 continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and other territories will often cost much more. This cost is not included in the prices on our website. No cancellations will be authorized once any items have been shipped (see Cancellation Policy). You must inspect the package and its contents for missing, damaged, or erroneous products before signing for it. Once a package is signed for, you agree that you have received the correct part in the condition that it was described to you. All packages are shipped with insurance and, once the package is signed for as undamaged, neither we nor the shipping company have any liability.
Please make sure you have read and understand the terms below:
6.1 If payment is made by a credit/debit card, we can only ship to the billing address of the card provided, and company policy does not allow us to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you would like to have your products shipped to an address other than the billing address of your card, payment must be made by Western Union, money order, business check, wire transfer, or direct deposit.
6.2 Product ETAs are approximate and subject to change. Due to fluctuations in our manufacturing process, production can vary from ETAs given. Shipping quotes are also subject to change. Any cost quoted for shipping and handling is valid for 7 days after it has been generated. After this point, another quote will have to be obtained, and may cost more than the original quote. We have no control over this. In the unlikely event that the cost of shipping increases substantially during the time spent on manufacturing, Sarona Design, Inc. reserves the right to charge the customer the additional cost after he/she has been notified of the change. If the shipping address is changed during manufacturing, the given quote is no longer valid, and a new one must be obtained. If the cost is substantially more than originally quoted, products will not be shipped until the difference is paid. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the items have shipped. Products will not be modified prior to shipment under any circumstances, and do not ship with hardware.
6.3 Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable except in cases of shipper error or authorized cancellation. In case of returns, customers must return the product(s) at their own cost. Return shipping will be arranged by Sarona Design, Inc. but paid for by the customer. This is done so that, in case of a return, the customer will not have to pay a substantially larger rate to ship a product back to Sarona Design, Inc. than they originally paid to have it shipped to them. If an incorrect product has been shipped by mistake, we assume full responsibility for all shipping fees involved in returning the product to us and sending a replacement. The original amount charged for shipping & handling will not be refunded, but the customer will not be charged for shipment of the replacement. The correct product will be shipped once the incorrect one is returned. If the product(s) in question are not found to be faulty, or the products are not returned in their original condition, the customer agrees that he/she is liable for repair/shipping fees (see full Return Policy for further details).
6.4 If you receive a significantly damaged package or product(s), do not refuse it. Sign for the package as damaged, and note the damage on the copy of the freight bill or receipt. No claim will be paid unless signed for as “damaged” at time of delivery. Our policy is that, if a product is damaged in transit, it should be returned to us while we prepare and ship a replacement. There will be no reimbursement for damages from the carrier without the damaged merchandise in our possession. If you receive a damaged product, take pictures of the damage as well as the packaging it was sent in and send them to support@sarona.com. Once you have done so, please call us at (718)446-2350 and notify us of the damage IMMEDIATELY. Sarona Design, Inc. will contact the carrier to bring the damaged product back and file a claim.
6.5 We require that the shipping company verifies and confirms that the person accepting the package is the same person who has placed the order, and have them sign for the package(s) upon delivery. Products shipped to individual customers will require a direct signature. The person who ordered the package must be there to sign for it. Products shipped to businesses must be signed for by an employee. No shipments will be left at the door. Neither we nor the shipping company are liable for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been made, and the shipment has been signed for.
6.6 In cases where a damaged package was not signed for as such, we are not responsible for any damaged products after you have signed and taken delivery of the shipment. You must file your claims with the shipping company directly. Sarona Design, Inc. will not handle claims in this case.
In the unlikely event that a carrier has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact Sarona Design, Inc. so that we may arrange for a damage claim to be filed.
6.7 You must contact Sarona Design, Inc. if any of the above occurs to prevent your account being charged shipping fees. If the customer fails to contact Sarona Design, Inc. regarding damaged, missing, or erroneous products within 5 business days of receipt of the package(s), Sarona Design, Inc. will not be responsible for the return/replacement of said product(s).
6.8 ***International Customers*** Shipping and handling for products being sent to individuals outside of the United States can be very expensive. Often times, the cost will exceed the cost of the product (especially with larger items). We have no control over this. However, it is possible to use a shipping forwarder in conjunction with us to obtain a better rate. Finding and arranging these forwarders are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sarona Design, Inc. will not be liable for any charges incurred by these companies. Sarona Design, Inc. must be notified of the full business name, address, phone number, email, and contact person at the forwarding company before quoting the customer for shipping and handling to the forwarder. Please note, declared product value will not be altered under any circumstances. This is illegal and can result in serious consequences. (See section 10 of this agreement for more information on international orders)
Manufacturer Warranty (7)
Products manufactured by Sarona Design, Inc. are not covered by a manufacturer warranty. Our products are made for aesthetic purposes only and are not tested for road wear. If an unaltered, undamaged, and unpainted product is deemed to be defective, it may be returned for a full refund of the cost of the product, or a replacement.
You are eligible if: -You are the original purchaser of the product -The shipment was delivered less than 15 days ago
This warranty does not cover:
-Damage due to road hazards (not limited to cuts, snags, bruises, impact breaks, bulges, punctures, stone drills, chips, and scales), fire, theft, or collision -Conditions arising from improper vehicle maintenance or use. -Extreme temperature exposure; racing; or other competitive activities. -Damage acquired from improper installation. -Damage resulting from improper repair materials or procedures
Chargebacks (8)
By purchasing products from Sarona Design, Inc. the customer agrees that they will not keep a product in their possession and request a chargeback of funds from their credit card provider.
International Orders (10)
All international orders must be paid for by wire transfer. There are no exceptions. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/taxes/duties/fees that are incurred by the importing of our products into their country of residence. International shipping quotes are subject to change/not guaranteed, and can change from date of sale to date of shipment. Freight shipments will require that a the customer hires a customs broker to clear the shipment into their country of residence.
Copyright (11)
The content (design and layout, images and graphics, video and instructional material, database organization and all other material related to the SITE) are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary rights. Copy, redistribution, publication and commercial use of any material displayed on the SITE, except as outlined in the next section "Limited Right to Use", is strictly prohibited. The display and posting of such material on the SITE does not constitute a waiver of any right by the COMPANY.
Limited Right to Use (12)
The viewing, printing or downloading of any content from the SITE grants YOU only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by YOU for YOUR own personal use and not for circulation, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale or other use. No part of any content may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for YOUR personal use. To use material from the SITE for public or commercial use YOU are required to obtain prior written consent from the COMPANY.
Acceptance of Agreement (13)
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only Agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.
Modify & Remove (14)
WE reserve the right to modify or edit as well as delete and remove any product, information, document, or other content appearing on the SITE without further notice to users of the SITE.
Disclaimer (15)
THE INFORMATION FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, PROBLEMS OR OTHER LIMITATIONS. WE AND OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICE. Limitations (16)
Notwithstanding the warranty provisions set forth, all of USER's obligations with respect to such warranties shall be contingent on USER's use of the SITE in accordance with this AGREEMENT and in accordance with general and publicly accepted internet and web usage. The COMPANY shall have no warranty obligations with respect to any failures of the SITE which are the result of accident, abuse, misapplication, extreme power surge or extreme electromagnetic field. USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE CONSIDERATION WHICH THE COMPANY IS CHARGING HEREUNDER DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CONSIDERATION FOR ASSUMPTION BY THE COMPANY OF THE RISK OF USER'S CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH USER'S USE OF THE SITE AND DOCUMENTS THEREIN. ACCORDINGLY, THE USER AGREES THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO USER FOR ANY LOSS-OF-PROFIT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, DERIVATIVE PRODUCTS OR DOCUMENTATION. Any provision herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the maximum liability of the COMPANY to any person, firm or corporation whatsoever arising out of or in the connection with any use delivered to the USER hereunder, whether such liability arises from any claim based on breach or repudiation of warranty, tort or otherwise, shall in no case exceed the actual price paid to the COMPANY by the USER for the purchase of product or service. The essential purpose of this provision is to limit the potential liability of the COMPANY arising out of this AGREEMENT. The PARTIES acknowledge that the limitations set forth in this Section are integral to the amount of consideration levied in connection with the purchased product and any services rendered hereunder. Further, all responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the forms or documents is disclaimed.
Indemnification (17)
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the COMPANY, its officers, agents and employees from and against any claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever, including without limitation those arising on account of Your actions under this AGREEMENT or such actions of its Affiliates or their officers, employees, agents or representatives.
Products – Additional Info (18)
The CUSTOMER acknowledges that all products are sold with a limited warranty. This is due to the fact that most aftermarket body kits, fenders, and hoods are of composite material, and do not meet other manufacturer or U.S. Federal & State Safety crash standards. These products are intended for off-highway, or show only environments.
